Updating your subscription

 

There are a few things you can do to ensure that you receive our mailers.

  1. Follow the simple instructions for each service provider (listed below) to add us to your safe list.

  2. Contact our support team to ensure that you are subscribed to receive our emails.

  3. Make sure your complete address is updated

We have prepared step-by-step instructions for the following mail services/clients. If you use an e-mail service or client that we haven't provided instructions for, contact our Customer Support Staff anytime for help.

 

 


 

Windows Live (Hotmail)

 

  1. Sign in to your Windows Live email account

  2. Click on the "Options" tab to open the drop down menu.

  3. Click on the "More Options" tab

  4. Under "Junk Mail", click on the "Safe and Blocked Senders"

  5. Click on "Safe Senders"

  6. Enter go@mycasinosupport.eu and info@e.planetbonusclub.eu

  7. Click on the "add to list" button

 

AOL

 

  1. Sign into your AOL email account.

  2. Click on "Contacts"

  3. Under the "New" Tab, select "New Contact"

  4. Fill in "MyGoCasino.eu" for contact name and enter go@mycasinosupport.eu and info@e.planetbonusclub.eu in the Email1 field

  5. Then click on "Create"

 

Yahoo Mail

 

  1. Sign into your Yahoo! email account.

  2. Click on the "Contacts" tab

  3. Click on "Add a new contact" and the action will open the contact form

  4. Paste or type go@mycasinosupport.eu and info@e.planetbonusclub.eu in the 'Email' field.

  5. Then click "Save"

 

Gmail

 

  1. Sign into your Gmail email account.

  2. Open your contacts list by clicking 'Contacts'

  3. Click "Create Contact" to open the 'Add Contact' page:

  4. Type "MyGoCasino.eu" in the name field and enter go@mycasinosupport.eu and info@e.planetbonusclub.eu in the email field

  5. Click "Save"

 

Outlook

 

  1. Sign into your Outlook Account

  2. Under the action tab, select junk E-mail, then Junk E-mail options

  3. Select the "Safe Senders" tab

  4. Click on "Add"

  5. Enter go@mycasinosupport.eu and info@e.planetbonusclub.eu and then click "OK"
